Classes & Lessons for everybody at Kalijo Pilates Studios
Are you new and want to try classical Pilates? Or just new to the Kalijo Pilates studio? We will introduce you to our teaching style and community, and also get you ready for Mat classes. We can get you started – no matter what your age, physicality or strength.
Everyone who joins Kalijo Pilates has one of two options to begin:
NEW TO PILATES
Book a 1-1 Lesson/Beginner Consultation ($60/1hr private). This allows us to meet you and for you to enter into the studio with a first time private lesson and for us to support you with your safest direction moving forward.
TEACHER / STUDIO REFERRAL
If you are referred to us from a community studio (on or off coast), we will welcome you into an appropriate level group class knowing your Pilates expertise. Please email us or complete the form below to make this request.
What to expect at your
BEGINNER CONSULTATION:
A Beginner Consultation is the best way to get started and pointed in the right direction with 1-on-1 attention from a fully certified Pilates professional. Considering your medical/physical history and your experience with Pilates, we will guide you to a Weekly Private Subscription Package with a first time student discount code.
After completing a minimum of 4 Private Sessions, we can shift you into Group Lessons that feel right with your level of experience. You also have the option of continuing to work privately with your instructor. This is the safest and best investment for you starting at Kalijo Pilates.
And Pilates is not just for the ladies – we have a ton of men at the studio training from the inside out. We welcome anyone who wants to feel PAIN FREE and/or BE BETTER AT ALL THAT YOU DO!
