Pilates not only helps strengthen the core, it teaches how to consciously tap into the power of the core to create greater stability and better alignment. Among other things, Pilates can help open the chest more fully and lengthen the spine in ways never experienced before. Yoga poses can be held much longer with the strength that Pilates can give.

Bring a new depth to your movements and forms. The deeper awareness of the core and the strength that can be gained there through Pilates can give greater control over movements and poses. A deeper understanding and focus on the centre of gravity (the core) can allow people to glide in and out of poses with fluidity and grace.
