Mom & Baby and RAD Mom Pilates classes educate you to help you feel stronger, flexible and give you more confidence as you build awareness and grace from the inside out. Re-train and re-learn with safe and effective Pre & Post Natal Pilates programs available for new moms of any age & stage.

Katherine Denham is an expert in pre & post-natal care, and is a Master Teacher for Bellies Inc. Along with Cara MacKenzie, the two moms (with three kids each) are trained in the Hypopressive technique and share with you the importance of proper breathing, alignment, and how the two together provide the ultimate support in your new body after baby is born. Kalijo has also partnered with local expert Anniken Chadwick, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist The Cheerful Pelvis to help you learn how to optimize your birthing experience and prevent postpartum issues. Reconnect to yourself, be stronger, feel fitter and watch your mummy tummy disappear!

MOM & BABY GROUP CLASS

Learn how to use your new baby as your workout buddy! This post-natal Pilates class has been created to shape an opportunity and experience for you to feel change happen in your body, and to feel movement daily on a safe and physical way that brings awareness, alignment, and breathwork into your mothering to create a calm and centered mom.

This class will connect you to your center so you can sit, stand, nurse, walk, run and play with your little ones: without pain, without leakage!

RAD MOMS GROUP CLASS

This class is for moms without their babes. Moms of all stages are welcome – as once a mom, always a mom! Learn the ABCs of Core Connection and Core Re-Training. Pelvic floor and core dysfunction will also be addressed in this safe and effecting setting.
