Group Pilates classes for Youth in Davis Bay, BC

For the Pre-teen to late teens (12-17 years), we offer fun and educational youth Pilates classes that bring strength, flexibility and organization. Pilates is the perfect cross-training, and can support youth in any of the activities they love –  dance, hockey, soccer, pickleball, skiing, biking …. just to name a few!

We work on strengthening proprioception, core connection, joint stability, as well as flexibility. Pilates can help your child do what they love, better! Our “Dancing Feet” class works on strengthening the feet, and integrating them up into the knees, and hips. This is a great compliment to all the hard work of a dancer. Help educate dancers craving more information to improve strength, flexibility, core connection, precision, focus, awareness, & so much more, as your child reaches for the STARS!

YOUTH GROUP CLASSES

Teens love Pilates too! Dancers, soccer players, horseback riders, any active or sedentary teenagers can benefit from Pilates for many reasons. Teens are growing and maturing into their bodies, with grace, strength, flexibility, body awareness and confidence.

These classes will touch upon some of the simple things that will support the youth of today. It will make them become better human beings, more aware of their bodies and its anatomy, how it moves improving any thing they love to do BETTER!
