With repetition we build confidence within the repertoire. We build strength, familiarity, and ease within it. Even though we repeat repeat repeat, no two practices are the same.

A beautiful thing about the classical pilates method is that it really asks you to dive deep into your body. When you do this, you have no choice but to free yourself from any daily stresses, and be in the moment. This gives you an opportunity to find mental FREEDOM!

There are exercises of course that also give you a chance at finding freedom from restrictions and old patterns in your body. Extension is a great skill to practice and to work with the feeling of freeing up the ribcage!
