Kalijo Pilates Studio in Davis Bay, BC

The Kalijo Pilates studio on the Sunshine Coast of BC offers an inclusive, dynamic, and supportive environment. To help you have the best Pilates experience, we recommend wearing clean yoga fitness clothing that allows you to move and stretch comfortably. For men, t-shirts that are not too loose and for women, a fitted tank-top or t-shirt is suitable. No baggy clothes – we want to be able to see how your body moves. We recommend clean bare feet or wearing Pilates ToeSox when working on the equipment.
