Join Kaile from The Pilates Center for a weekend full of Archival Pilates! She will go through her favourite exercises and concepts on the chair, mat, tower, and reformer. The archival repertoire builds strength, stamina, and challenges the body in a different way than the typical Classical repertoire that we teach.
